This is the amended complaint for a case filed at the beginning of September 2020. In that case we filed a very unique complaint due to the entirety of our state and federal government lying about the dangers of COVID, masks, social distancing, PCR testing, and everything related to COVID.

The Legal Battle:

When you file a case in federal court, it must pass the “plausibility test”. This is where if a case’s claims seem entirely implausible, the case may be dismissed by the courts. Attorneys are tasked with ensuring their cases are researched but are not expected to be experts in every field. In other words, when an attorney files a case they can rely on expert opinions outside his or her expertise. Still, if a case seems totally implausible a judge may dismiss it.

Filing with Evidence:

Recognizing the widespread misinformation and blatant lies, we were able to file this case with the support of hundreds of citations and extensive supporting evidence. This wasn’t just about challenging the status quo; it was about bringing truth to light in a system where media censorship was rampant. By certifying this case in good faith, the media could not call me a liar (that would have been defamation), and so this case brought legitimate evidence to light that no one was hearing in the censored and manipulated media.

Impact and Implications:

This case didn’t just challenge legal boundaries; it sparked a series of events. From influencing other lawsuits to exerting political pressure nationwide, it played a pivotal role in questioning and eventually ending lockdowns.

Why This Matters Today:

This case isn’t just history; it’s a beacon for current and future discussions. By examining the cited government data, statements, and documents from 2020, one can question why trust persists in institutions that have repeatedly misled the public.

We encourage you to dive into and examine the case documents, cited government data, and statements for yourself.
